Building finishing

As already stated, there are a number of developers, some Cape Verde, Italian, and Portuguese etc. They all have different standards for building and finishing.

Most of the larger developers have their own websites. You won’t really get to see some of the local developers work or finishing by looking on a website.

There are some developments which have been finished 3-5 years ago and they are not looking good, the walls are showing the salt coming up from underneath, the paint is flaking off, settlement cracks can be seen.

Some other developments are much better.
